Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with CountingOuts! We strive to provide you with products you’ll love. Because our items are custom-printed and made-to-order, we only accept returns or replacements under limited circumstances. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Defective or Damaged Items
- Manufacturing Errors or Misprints
- If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or otherwise defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Once we verify the issue, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer available.
- Shipping Damage
- In the rare event your item is damaged during shipment, please email [email protected] with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- We will work with our production partners to replace your item as quickly as possible.
2. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong design, size, or color compared to what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Returns for Other Reasons
Because our products are custom-printed on demand, all sales are final except for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if:
- You ordered the wrong size after referencing our size charts.
- You have buyer’s remorse or simply changed your mind.
- You enter an incorrect shipping address or contact information that leads to a lost order.
4. Return Shipping
- Defective/Incorrect Items: In most cases, you will not need to return a defective or incorrect item. We may request that you donate or dispose of it. If a return is necessary, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Non-Defective Items (if approved on a case-by-case basis): You will be responsible for shipping costs. Any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost.
5. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund is approved:
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Order Cancellations
- Since each product is made on demand, we can only accept cancellations within 2 hours of your order being placed. After this window, your order may have already gone into production.
